We are seeking a skilled Network Professional to join our global team, supporting clients worldwide from India in a 100% remote capacity.

This individual will play a crucial role in delivering engineering solutions and network support, collaborating with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve complex network problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot critical switch issues
  • Provide advanced telephony and hardware support
  • Interface with stakeholders to resolve network problems
  • Guide field teams on trouble isolation and hardware replacement
  • Document processes and mentor engineers
  • Ensure accurate ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience with GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting
  • Experience with call processing and translations
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
