Job Title: Infrastructure Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless network connectivity and optimal WAN performance for global operations, resolving link-down issues and related problems in a timely manner.
  • Proactively detect and respond to network incidents, implementing clear escalation procedures and communication channels to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports on network performance, providing actionable insights for optimization and minimizing bandwidth utilization, latency, downtime, and availability metrics.
Expertise in WAN Management:
  • Manage high-performance WAN links connecting remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions, ensuring business continuity and scalability.
  • Implement SD-WAN solutions to enable dynamic routing and bandwidth optimization across regions, minimizing jitter, latency, and packet loss.
  • Provide secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls and real-time monitoring, ensuring an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools.
Network Administration:
  • Full lifecycle management of LAN infrastructure, including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure stable and secure network connections for office locations and retail outlets.
  • Manage the Wi-Fi network, ensuring coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations, with mechanisms to minimize downtime and optimize user experience.
  • Participate in all audits requested by customers, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all required materials and completing audit questionnaires as needed.

Additional responsibilities may include providing supporting evidence and optimizing network infrastructure for future growth.
