Job Title: Enterprise Data Network Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced data network specialist to join our team. This role involves designing, deploying, and managing advanced datacenter networking solutions built on Cisco Nexus platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and manage datacenter networking solutions using Cisco Nexus platforms (NX-OS, Nexus 5K/7K)
  • Configure and troubleshoot advanced Cisco datacenter technologies, including vPC, OTV, and FabricPath
  • Ensure continuous availability, security, and performance of datacenter network infrastructure
  • Perform capacity planning, proactive monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Leverage automation and scripting to streamline operations and enhance operational consistency
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco Nexus platforms (NX-OS, Nexus 5K/7K)
  • In-depth knowledge of vPC, OTV, and FabricPath technologies
  • Solid understanding of Layer 2/3 networking protocols and enterprise-class environments
  • Proficiency in Python scripting or equivalent programming for automation and network optimization
  • CCIE Datacenter/Enterprise certification (preferred) or equivalent extensive real-world experience
