Job Title

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the HR and administrative functions.

  • The role entails onboarding new employees, facilitating their integration into the organization, and ensuring a seamless transition process.
  • You will also oversee employee engagement initiatives, including regular check-ins, team-building activities, and other events designed to foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance management is another critical aspect of this role, requiring you to conduct quarterly reviews, skip-level meetings, and annual appraisals to assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Employee relations are also a key focus area, with responsibilities including addressing employee queries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that all organizational requirements are met.
  • Additionally, you will play a vital role in employee retention efforts, conducting exit interviews, and recommending strategies to improve retention rates.
  • Continuous improvement of the employee experience at every touchpoint is also a key objective.
  • Finally, you will provide support to corporate learning and development teams as required.
