Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level professional to assume the role of Credit Analyst. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in credit evaluation and analysis, with a strong background in financial markets and industry dynamics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting in-depth financial analyses of corporate customers, including large companies and listed/unlisted entities;
  • Reviewing annual reports, borrower/promoter backgrounds, and term sheets/sanction letters to identify potential risks and opportunities;
  • Developing and maintaining cash flow-based excel models to analyze financial performance and make informed decisions;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to review and provide guidance on credit proposals and case assessments;
  • Preparing and presenting key findings and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Accountancy (CA) from a reputable institution;
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in credit evaluation, preferably in a banking environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
