We are seeking a Strategic Sales Partner to join our team. This role combines sales execution and strategic contribution.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in sales but also wants to play a role in shaping business strategy, marketing direction, and growth initiatives.

Sales & Client Engagement:
  • Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
  • Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Develop strong relations with operators such as WeWork, Cowrks, Awfis, Smartworks, and others to ensure priority access to inventory.
Strategy & Business Growth:
  • Collaborate with leadership to create strategies for stronger presence in Mumbai.
  • Contribute ideas for marketing, sales strategies, and business growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client and operator interactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
