Reservation Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator
We are seeking a Reservation Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator to manage guest reservations, drive sales conversions, and deliver seamless guest experiences. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to provide accurate information, and maintain strong relationships with corporates and repeat guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services.
- Coordinate with operations teams for guest requirements.
- Maintain updated records of reservations, guest preferences, and reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and repeat guests.
- Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
- Monitor OTA bookings, guest reviews, and ensure timely responses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills (English preferred).
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and OTA platforms.
- Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
