**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Lead to oversee the delivery of global customer experience projects and programs. This position will be based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and measurable business impact on Procurement, Inventory Management, Supply Planning & Demand Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics functions.
  • Manage data analyst teams, ensuring that team members are performing their roles effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on supply chain and analytical processes, ensuring that all requirements are met.
  • Work with Product owners and key stakeholders on backlog prioritization and resource planning.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Managers for gathering project requirements in various process enhancement initiatives and creating data analytics solutions.
  • Partner with data engineering team and applications team for curating data and securing access to planning data sources.
  • Evaluate data quality and validation processes.
  • Conduct functional, integration, performance, and technical testing.
  • Identify training needs for team members and facilitate their professional growth.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree with more than 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Domain.

Skills:

  • Mid-Level Experience in tools: Power BI, SQL, ERP's.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions, which are essential for problem-solving and decision-making.
