Senior Supply Chain Planner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled supply chain strategist to create and manage the distribution and production plans, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Planning: Develop and maintain a 24-month plan for stock movements and a robust deployment plan. This includes production planning for finished goods and intermediate products, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Demand Management & Collaboration: Work closely with market demand managers to ensure accurate sales forecasts and align them with demand plans. Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and lead demand inputs into Supply Network Planning (SNP).
- Inventory Optimization: Analyze supply shortage alerts and excess stock, identifying root causes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain inventory levels within agreed targets and validate warehouse classifications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong working relationships with plant scheduling and material planning teams to prioritize production needs. Collaborate with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle teams to synchronize product plans with production schedules.
- Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy of master data in both DRP and production planning systems. Provide timely information to stakeholders through effective use of information technology systems.
