The estimated monthly salary for this position is ₹32,500 (based on a 6-day workweek), with unlimited earning potential based on performance.

About the Role:

">

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive/Academic Counselor to drive growth by acquiring and enrolling students in our one-to-one tuition classes. The ideal candidate will excel in sales, counseling, and building strong client relationships, ensuring parents and students find value in our offerings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through outbound and inbound calls, referrals, and digital platforms">
  • Pitching: Present our programs effectively to prospective learners/parents">
  • Negotiation & Closing: Convert leads into enrollments by addressing queries and negotiating terms">
  • Student Counseling: Understand the academic goals of students and provide suitable course recommendations">
  • Enrollment Assistance: Guide learners through the enrollment process and ensure a seamless experience">
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with students and parents">
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and provide insights to the product development team">
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and client feedback">
  • Target-Oriented: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in course selling or ed-tech startups. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of education products/services and the industry landscape, proficiency in CRM software, and exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
