Job Description
  • Work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on organization design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Evaluate reward programs compliance, consistency, and alignment with company values and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.

Prior experience managing ESOP programs is a plus. Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments, is required.

Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics is essential. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary.

MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school is preferred.
