Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and work on end-to-end process improvement.
  • Perform transactional activities of Operational Procurement.
  • Oversee day-to-day procurement operations within the GBS function.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement requests.
  • Reporting expertise to extract reports from SAP as per requirements from Business.
  • Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and queries related to PO's created.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Follow up on inquiries from internal/external customers/concerned groups
  • Adhere to operational procedures and standardized processes
  • Initiate or execute archiving of contracts/purchase orders
  • Identify potential issues and make appropriate escalations
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.

3+ years of indirect spend procurement experience with strong negotiation skills.

SAP module knowledge and experience.

Desirable working experience in a Shared Services Center procurement procedures.
