San Storage Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing SAN and storage environments, including:
- Hitachi Mid-Range and Enterprise storages operations support
- Storage pool creation, expansion, and deletion
- Zoning via CISCO SAN Switches
- Storage replication technologies
- Maintenance of monitoring tools and troubleshooting skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, collaborating with customer storage support teams, and resolving complex issues. They will also participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting, support the design and operation of storage infrastructure, and maintain systems-level maintenance for storage infrastructure.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day administration for SAN and storage environments
- Collaborate with Customer's storage support teams
- Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting
- Support design, operation, workflow and issue resolution for storage infrastructure
- Help maintain systems level maintenance for storage infrastructure
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in handling majority of activities mentioned in the scope above
- Experience in handling Hitachi storages and Brocade switches infrastructure
- Strong verbal and written communication
