Job Title: Storage Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Netapp storage systems, including procurement, installation, configuration, software upgrades, and storage provisioning.
  • Add disk shelf to the existing storage for standalone and High availability controllers.
  • Configure and manage DR replications via snapmirror.
  • Manage vfilers, fiber interconnect switches, storage reporting and monitoring tools.
  • Provide Operational Support to the File Serving / NAS Infrastructure within the organization.
  • Plan and implement data migrations using Robocopy.
  • Use an operational ticketing system to record changes and work history details.
  • Handle Disk, Aggregate, Qtree, Volume issues.
  • Check Storage Critical Events.
  • Responsible for Day-to-day storage task and changes and incidents in storage.

Requirements:

  • Must have hands-on experience on NetApp, Hitachi.
  • Strong technical skills and in-depth understanding of CMODE and CDOT & fabric switches.
  • Significant experience in software tools from NetApp (OCUM, OCI etc).
  • Experience using enterprise process mapping tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry good practice frameworks such as ITIL, Agile.
