Job Title: Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management of commercial lease collections, tenant coordination, and related financial tasks. As an Assistant General Manager - CRM, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing rent, CAM charges, utilities, parking fees, and other dues as per lease agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial leasing, rental collection, and lease terms. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and analytical abilities are essential for this role.

You will work closely with the accounts and leasing departments to ensure accurate and timely data flow. Additionally, you will provide monthly collection forecasts, analyze variances, and support financial planning.

  • Monitor and manage commercial lease collections, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue payments.
  • Coordinate with tenants to minimize outstanding balances and resolve payment disputes.
  • Analyze and track financial data, including monthly aging reports, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports on collection trends, outstanding amounts, and performance vs. targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and meet business objectives.

  • Proven negotiation skills to handle discussions with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret financial data and suggest improvements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MIS reporting tools.
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred Industry Background:

Candidates from the mall management, real estate, or commercial leasing sectors will be highly preferred.
