Job Opportunity: CRM Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven CRM Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial leasing department, you will be responsible for managing the collection of rent, CAM charges, utilities, parking fees, and other dues as per lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the collection of payments from tenants, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue amounts and maintaining open communication with them to minimize outstanding balances.
  • Generate, update, and track monthly aging reports to reflect accurate data on receivables and ensure they meet financial planning requirements.
  • Resolve payment disputes through professional negotiation and communication with tenants, upholding company standards and values.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports on collection trends, outstanding amounts, and performance versus targets to support informed business decisions.
  • Provide monthly collection forecasts, analyze variances, and offer recommendations for improvement to optimize financial performance.
  • Collaborate closely with accounts and leasing departments to ensure accurate and timely data flow, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of commercial leasing principles, including rental collection and lease terms.
  • Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to handle discussions with tenants and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret financial data and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MIS reporting tools, with experience working with data analysis software preferred.
  • Problem-solving attitude, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional results under pressure.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in lease collection or mall leasing collection, with a proven track record of success.
Preferred Background:

Candidates with a background in mall management, real estate, or commercial leasing sectors will be highly preferred, offering valuable industry insight and expertise.
