As a Senior Commercial Leasing Executive, you will play a key role in driving our retail leasing strategy forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue across our commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an experienced leasing professional who can identify and onboard quality tenants, including retail brands, corporates, and office occupants.
  • You will need to negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and ensure legal and financial compliance.
  • A critical aspect of the role is conducting market research and analyzing competitor properties to understand rental trends.
  • You will also be required to maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners to drive continuous leasing inflow.
  • Effective communication with our internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, is essential for seamless leasing execution.
  • You will be responsible for tracking leasing KPIs, preparing reports, and providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in commercial real estate leasing (2-12 years).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills are essential.
  • You should have a deep understanding of real estate laws, lease structuring, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills are required.
  • An MBA is preferred, but a graduate degree in any discipline is acceptable.
