Corporate Leasing & Marketing Expert

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead our corporate office and retail leasing portfolio while contributing to strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Drive the leasing strategy for corporate offices and retail spaces to maximize occupancy and rental yield.
  • Lead office leasing initiatives, including prospecting, site visits, financial deal structuring, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts, agreements, and documentation are accurate and in line with regulations.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and tenant onboarding seamlessly.
  • Oversee marketing and branding initiatives for the project, including campaigns, events, digital visibility, and promotional activities to enhance market positioning.
  • Analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and client feedback to strengthen pricing, leasing, and marketing strategies.
  • Drive customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to ensure tenant satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of commercial real estate markets and trends.
