Job Description
You will be responsible for handling Regional Distributors in assigned regions, building and nurturing relationships with the IFA Channel, and driving distributors to sell products. You will also ensure service/operational issues are solved and meet high service standards. Complete adherence to processes and compliance requirements is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge & understanding of Mutual Fund Industry.
- Experience in managing Institutional Sales, Retail, Banking, and Distribution.
- Knowledge of all Mutual Fund compliances.
Desired Skills:
- Perseverance, high on intrinsic motivation, and driven by targets.
- Self-starter and possess good verbal and written communication skills, customer-focused, and able to coordinate between disparate groups.
- Displays ability to think out of the box, solution provider.
