Effective team leadership is crucial in any organization, and we require a Senior Manager to oversee operations with utmost precision.

We seek an experienced professional to lead our team and ensure seamless compliance with regulations on behalf of brands. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) targets for plastic and e-waste.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely compliance to rules on behalf of brands
  • Develop standardized formats according to government, brand, or Recykal requirements
  • Verify documentation as per commitment given to brands
  • Maintain proactive communication with key brands and stakeholders associated with Recykal
  • Cultivate attention to detail, especially in compliance-related documentation
  • Demonstrate multitasking skills, handling multiple teams on-field and off-field
  • Optimize processes for team efficiency
  • Foster effective communication with management, staff, and vendors for smooth operations
  • Develop quality assurance protocols and implement them effectively
  • Pursue strategic and operational objectives
  • Track staffing requirements and hire new employees as needed
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and support to a large team in a demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve process implementation
  • Maintain compliance with legal and safety departments

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in handling operations
  • Experience in waste management is highly preferred
  • Demonstrate efficient multitasking and project handling
  • Show strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade, build consensus, and work in a team
