Financial Professional Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Professional to manage financial records, oversee daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing comprehensive financial reports, coordinating with auditors, and providing support to management in strategic decision-making.

  • Maintain precise financial records using advanced software tools such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable.
  • Ensure timely filing of financial returns and coordination with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or consultant.
  • Prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting systems.
  • Support documentation for property/land transactions, agreements, and legal filings as required in real estate business.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other external agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We expect our ideal candidate to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • 2–15 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and advanced accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
