  • Coordinate interview logistics, including interview room setup, candidate communication, and interview panel coordination.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating new hire orientations.
Employee Relations:
  • Assist in maintaining employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic information regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
HR Administration:

  • Help maintain HR documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining employee-related records and documentation.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
  • Contribute to HR projects, such as employee surveys, performance management, and training and development programs.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related events, workshops, and training sessions.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Help maintain confidentiality and data privacy of employee information in line with legal and organizational requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
