We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team.

As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day operations while maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes commencing loan and lease products into the mainframe with accuracy, adhering to compliance guidelines, and maintaining confidentiality of financial and non-financial details for end customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, typing speed of 20-30 WPM, basic accounting knowledge, and average communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Commence loan and lease products into the mainframe with accuracy.">
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and maintain confidentiality of financial and non-financial details for end customers.">
  • Set up funds for appropriate recipients and disburse funds with accuracy.">
  • Ensure post-booking activities and create welcome packages.">
  • Prepare new deal syndicated templates and provide inputs.">
  • Prompt pay wire setup for capital market deals.">
  • Prepare document packages for investors.">
  • Closing and reporting of pre-booking accuracy to the onshore team.">
  • Prepare monthly dashboards for business.">
  • Resolve client queries.">

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com).">
  • Basic analytical skills.">
  • Typing speed: 20-30 WPM.">
