Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Operations Director to lead our commercial team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts and finance, with excellent leadership and project management abilities. They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and make informed decisions.

The successful candidate will oversee the performance of our commercial team, manage all tax compliance, develop our commercial strategy, and build relationships with customers.

  • Finalization of financial reports
  • Managing all taxation compliances
  • Tracking All Agreements/Bank Guarantees
  • Negotiating with customers, suppliers, and vendors
  • Building and managing relationships with customers
  • Overseeing the performance of the commercial team
  • Monitoring budgeting expenses
  • Identifying and managing commercial risks
  • Managing Company Payable and Receivable
  • Managing all branches of company in terms of accounts and finance

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and finalizing financial reports
  • Managing tax compliance and ensuring all necessary documents are filed on time
  • Tracking agreements and bank guarantees to ensure timely payments and collections
  • Negotiating with customers, suppliers, and vendors to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive business growth and retention
  • Leading the commercial team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and controlling budgeting expenses to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identifying and mitigating commercial risks to protect the company's interests
  • Managing company payable and receivable to maintain cash flow and minimize debt
