Lead Strategic Projects

As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for spearheading complex, high-impact initiatives from inception to successful conclusion. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure alignment of business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for strategic projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Formulate detailed project schedules, budgets; monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Facilitate collaboration across engineering, business, operations, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Provide transparent and regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers to strengthen the project management function.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
