Project Manager Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage various projects within our organization.

About the Role
  • Project Planning: Lead project planning sessions to ensure projects meet deadlines.
  • Staff Coordination: Coordinate with staff and internal resources to achieve project goals.
  • Progress Management: Monitor and manage project progress, adapting work as required.
  • Deadline Compliance: Ensure all projects meet established deadlines.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Project Review: Conduct regular project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-11 years of project management experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in German language.
  • Project Methodologies: Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Project Experience: Experience in managing medium to large projects.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Certification: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.

Desirable Skills: Familiarity with project management software tools, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are highly valued.
