Executive Support Professional

The primary goal of this position is to serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to the MD's office. This involves providing high-level support, facilitating clear communication with team members, partners, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive implementation of strategic goals.
  • Communications, Partnerships & Outreach: Maintain accurate records and respond to inquiries regarding the MD and organization.
  • Board Support & Liaison: Serve as administrative liaison to the Board of Directors, ensuring compliance with bylaws.
  • Senior Management Liaison: Participate in executive meetings, assisting in scheduling and attending sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, showcasing ability to prioritize tasks effectively with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, showcasing strong decision-making capabilities.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have experience supporting C-Level Executives in business roles (preferred but not mandatory). Relevant experience and interest in communications, partnership development, and passion for creating positive change are highly desired.
