We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Territory Sales Manager to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for generating enquires and finalizing orders, contract management, supporting sales and marketing functions, forecasting, and target setting.
About the Role- Location: Jaipur
- You will work closely with customers, architects, and consultants to assess their requirements and develop a product strategy for your allocated territory or account.
- You will identify and maintain rapport with key persons in major customer organizations, keeping them informed, updated, and equipped with product development and literature.
- You will conduct market surveys, analyze competitors, generate new inquiries, and prepare sales negotiation data sheets.
- You will prepare and submit model elevator proposals, tenders, and attend pre-bid meetings, tender openings, and negotiation meetings.
- You will follow up on proposals and tenders, negotiate and finalize orders, and process orders received.
- You will achieve minimum 90% target set for the year and push for Gen2 bookings.
- You will coordinate SIP meetings, ensure customer visits as per guidelines for self and team, and release professionals in line with expected market.
- You will liaison with the Construction Department to ensure effective contract management.
