About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at 9 Touch Techs Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and vendors to provide information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making telephonic calls to clients and vendors to inform them about our products and services.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Providing product information and answering customer queries.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Maintaining a cool-tempered attitude and being able to handle rejection.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and operation.
- Able to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
