About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 years of experience in HRBP, preferably in the ITES/BPO industry.
  • A proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions based on industry best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of HR generalist responsibilities, including compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
  • An MBA/PG degree is preferred, but not required.
