Job Title: Hospital Cleanliness Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Cleanliness Manager to oversee the daily activities of our Housekeeping department.

  • Manage and Coordinate Cleaning Operations: Ensure all areas of the hospital, including bedrooms, public spaces, and offices, are maintained at a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Direct team members to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Standard Monitoring and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly.
  • Daily Supervision: Oversee the work of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Procure and manage supplies, linens, and cleaning materials efficiently.
  • New Staff Onboarding: Recruit, train, and schedule new employees to meet operational needs.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Waste Disposal and Collection: Manage site waste disposal and collection processes, ensuring environmental compliance and safety.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain equipment, arranging repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Audit and Review: Conduct regular audits to assess cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
