Vice President
A highly experienced and results-driven executive is sought to lead our India revenue and client portfolio as Vice President of Retention.
This senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to own revenue targets, growth strategy, and profitability for the India business.
The ideal candidate will be an outcome-driven leader with a strong understanding of cloud and SaaS ecosystems. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning revenue targets, growth strategy, and profitability for the India business.
- Leading, scaling, and mentoring high-performing B2B field sales teams.
- Managing strategic accounts with a focus on renewals, expansion, and upselling.
- Building partner alliances with cloud providers and solution integrators.
- Overseeing enterprise deal negotiations and complex client engagements.
- Developing and optimizing sales processes and pipeline metrics.
- Driving customer-centric strategy in collaboration with product and delivery teams.
- Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
Responsibilities Include:
- Revenue Growth and Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and manage profit margins.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and scale high-performing B2B field sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Account Management: Manage strategic accounts with a focus on renewals, expansion, and upselling.
- Partner Alliances: Build and maintain relationships with cloud providers and solution integrators.
- Negotiation and Engagement: Oversee enterprise deal negotiations and complex client engagements.
- Sales Process Optimization: Develop and optimize sales processes and pipeline metrics.
- Customer-Centric Strategy: Drive customer-centric strategy in collaboration with product and delivery teams.
- Industry Representation: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within cloud services or SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to scale revenues and manage large customer portfolios.
- Expertise in cloud ecosystem partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP) and FinOps models.
- Strong track record of leading high-ticket enterprise sales and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and regional expansion.
- MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
