Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance

The role of an Assistant Manager Finance is to provide strategic support in the financial planning, accounting, and compliance for our organization.

This position requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience with ERP/accounting software.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate recording of revenues and expenses.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and international transactions.
  • Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Provide insights on financial performance for business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
  • Contribute to automation of financial processes and system improvements.
  • Maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • CA-Inter/ MBA Finance.
  • 2–4 years in accounting, finance, or FP&A (E-commerce/Retail/Consumer Goods preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of international transactions, forex, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday
