  • Educate teams on trade-specific market knowledge and idiosyncrasies.
  • Drive ocean freight growth for the largest region in the company.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 15+ years of prior ocean freight experience at a top freight forwarder or carrier, or 15+ years of supply chain experience and a degree in a relevant field.
  • A strategic vision and ability to execute from the ground up.
  • A bias towards action, process, structure, and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • An unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
  • The ability to travel locally, nationally, and internationally as required.
  • The courage to challenge the status quo when logic dictates it.
  • A passion for leading, training, and developing emerging talent.
