Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Print Production Manager to lead our day-to-day print execution, ensuring timely deliverables through exceptional project management.

The successful candidate will supervise client projects, drive quality prints, and maintain consistency across all output. Key responsibilities include managing client expectations, adhering to established processes and policies, and providing technical support to minimize costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Projects and Expectations
  • Adhere to Established Processes and Policies
  • Provide Technical Support to Minimize Costs
  • Partner with Artwork Studios and Printers to Drive Quality Prints
  • Serve as a Liaison between Stakeholders during Color Assessment
  • Lead Conversations with Respective Stakeholders during Color Assessment on Print Work
  • Track Project Timelines to Meet Deadlines
  • Manage Color Standards Storage and Support Required Courier Arrangements
  • Take the Initiative to Resolve Challenges Aggressively
  • Foster Strong Relationships with Stakeholders
  • Provide Onsite, Offsite, and Printer Site Support as Required
  • Additional Duties as Assigned

Requirements:

  • At Least 5 Years of Progressive Print Production Experience or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience
  • Client-Facing Experience and Prior Experience in Project/Account Management
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation Tools
  • Strong Knowledge of Various Print Methods (Offset, Flexo, Gravure)
  • Excellent Analytical, Prioritizing, Interpersonal, Problem-Solving, Presentation, Budgeting, Project Management, and Planning Skills
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to Develop and Maintain Collaborative Relationships with Peers, Colleagues, and External Clients/Vendors
  • Autonomy to Work Well in Fast-Paced and Deadline-Oriented Environments
  • Ability to Influence Peers and Senior Management
  • Self-Motivation with Critical Attention to Details, Deadlines, and Reporting
  • Ongoing Travel Requirements (Local and International)
  • High Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet Applications
