Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Resource allocation and planning for smooth operation of hub activities.
  • Route planning and duty assignment with regular audits to maintain compliance.
  • Ensure timely withdrawal and collection, as well as loading and depositing.
  • Conduct surprise audits to ensure adherence to established processes.
  • Collaborate with ATM Executive in collecting, recording, and reporting operational data.
  • Administrative tasks for seamless operations, including roster preparation and documentation.
  • Maintain hardcopy records of Takeover & Handover of ATMs.
  • Implement risk mitigation procedures to prevent cash loss during operations.
  • Timely dispatch of routes from the branch or vault office.

Additional Responsibilities

The selected candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with headquarters on key initiatives and providing regular reports on branch performance.
