The role of a Business Development Executive is to identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the market, focusing on marketing, sales, and international partnerships within the legal, tax, and advisory sectors.
- This position involves outreach across various platforms, including LinkedIn, email, events, and global partnerships, to drive sales campaigns, speaker engagement, and lead follow-ups.
Key responsibilities include creating and contributing to content ideas, proposals, and communication, supporting event marketing, partner onboarding, and revenue generation, researching and building high-value prospect databases for global outreach, involvement in performance marketing, digital campaigns, and metrics tracking, as well as day-to-day execution of relationship management with speakers, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Success in this role requires analytical skills, the ability to learn quickly, discipline, a structured approach, and a willingness to build from scratch in a startup environment.
Job Requirements:
- Graduates (Law, Business, or related fields) who have completed their studies
- Individuals looking to begin a real full-time business/marketing role - not practice law
- Those available to work 6 days a week from our South Delhi office
- Candidates who are disciplined, focused, and can meet structured daily/weekly goals
- Those open to learning, adapting, and taking on responsibility from day one
Benefits:
A fixed stipend of ₹10,000 during the training and assessment period, followed by a monthly remuneration of ₹25,000–₹50,000 depending on performance, learning curve, and output quality.
Important Notes:
- This is a full-time role that blends marketing with business execution & growth
- It's not suited for senior profiles or those expecting higher starting pay
Assessment & Growth Path:
