Job Opportunity: Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all technical operations.

The Technical Lead role requires excellent leadership and organizational abilities, as well as strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills. You will be coordinating with clients to understand business requirements and suggesting the best possible solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of total experience with at least 3 years in a similar role. They should also have excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with tech stacks including Back End – FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, PGSQL; Front End – React Js; DevOps– CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Linux servers, Azure, Redis.
  • Writing optimized codes and ensuring that the team is doing the same.
  • Supervising DevOps, servers, and AI development-related work and keeping everything in sync.
  • Determining requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure work is delivered on time.
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
