Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Technology Strategist to lead the end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of HR systems globally.

The ideal candidate will drive digital adoption firm-wide by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure the successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of HR systems.

This individual will be a key player in driving HR technology initiatives, optimizing business processes, and enhancing user experience across the enterprise.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end HR implementation/updating/modification process for all HR systems
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of HR systems modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance of HR Tech Products: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions, both to HR teams and wider global workforce
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, HR certifications) are a plus.

Experience:

  • Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support HRMS platforms
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end HR implementations (across multiple modules)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function
Technical Skills

Experience with HR implementation and Project Management

Knowledge of HR integration with other HR and enterprise systems

High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools

Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle

Familiarity with Gen AI tools

Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment
