Job Title: Manager/ DM- Performance Marketing and Customer Lifecycle Management

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for Manager/ Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing and Customer Lifecycle Management domain.

The person will be responsible for operational tasks and strategies related to Digital marketing, D2C, Lead generation, Search Ads, Email and Whatsapp marketing, and Product Conversions.

They will work with the Digital Commerce and Marketing Lead to drive awareness, sales and loyalty forward for client brands.

The role involves creating and implementing digital marketing strategies, analysing and optimising campaign performance, and driving lead generation through various digital channels.

This role is an on-site role and based out of Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.

It is open to candidates with 1-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up campaigns and handling Meta and Google Ads for awareness, views, conversions, engagement, search presence, and lead generation.
  • Developing digital marketing strategies and analysing and optimising campaign performance.
  • Driving lead generation through various digital channels.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in Pharma, B2B, D2C, or Product Marketing preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Meta Ads for awareness and eCommerce.
  • Google Ads for awareness and eCommerce.
  • Hubspot.
  • Google Analytics.

Location

This role is based out of Ghatkopar West, Mumbai and is open to candidates residing in Mumbai who can commute to the location daily.
