Real Estate and Hospitality Leader

We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team as a senior executive, responsible for driving operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth in the Real Estate and Hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate leases, manage tenant relationships, and ensure compliance with lease terms.
  • Oversee the maintenance and presentation of properties, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
  • Supervise staff, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Manage financial resources, collaborating with finance teams to maximize occupancy and rent roll, and reviewing revenue and capital budgets alongside the Finance Director.

  • Extensive experience in Real Estate and Hospitality industries, with expertise in Marketing, Project Management, Operations, Business Development, and Risk Management.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
