**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
  • Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop, and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
  • Configure Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  • Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
  • Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes.
  • Work closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests, and resolving defects.
  • Provide end-user training and develop documentation.
  • Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
