**Job Title:** SEO Director - Organic Search Growth Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced SEO Director to lead our organic search growth efforts and drive measurable results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies, managing a team of SEO professionals, and delivering high-quality content that resonates with audiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, improve website rankings, and drive qualified traffic and leads for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team achieves individual and collective goals.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for SEO clients, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate SEO strategies, performance metrics, and recommendations to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Technical SEO: Oversee technical SEO audits, website optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal website performance, crawlability, and indexability.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to develop and execute content strategies aligned with SEO goals, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor SEO performance, track key metrics, and provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic search growth and delivering results for clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing SEO teams.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
