Key Account Manager Job Description

At Suri Agro Fresh Private Limited, we seek a seasoned Key Account Manager to spearhead our business growth in the HoReCa Channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through strategic relationship building and account management.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and provide timely feedback to supervisors.
  • Lead generation through client visits, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-volume clients to achieve business objectives.
  • Sample products and educate customers.
  • Develop and pitch customized product solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Qualification: MBA.
  • Strong understanding of the HoReCa industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
