Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client portfolios and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the assigned accounts.
  • Client Relationship Building: Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to understand client needs and align solutions with their business objectives.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG market, with a proven ability to manage and grow key accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
