The position of Senior Manager exists to lead and shape the global compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global compensation framework that aligns with business goals and competitive market practices.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing a global compensation strategy that ensures alignment with business goals and competitive market practices.
  • Overseeing the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs, including short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and executive compensation.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
  • Conducting global compensation benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Administering and managing global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
  • Providing detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating compensation-related reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Communicating total rewards programs to employees, ensuring clarity, understanding, and alignment with organizational culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with all local, national, and international compensation regulations, and monitoring any legislative changes that may impact compensation and benefits programs.
