Chief Financial Strategist

Core Responsibilities:- Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and manage comprehensive annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive informed decision-making.
- Advise senior leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and return-on-investment (ROI) analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure optimal financial health.
- Accounting & Compliance:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting processes, invoicing, and payroll to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PT, Income Tax).
- Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Procurement & Cost Control:
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track material costs and vendor payments.
- Implement effective cost control measures across the supply chain and manufacturing units.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular management information system (MIS) reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to inform performance reviews and strategic business decisions.
- Systems & Process Improvement:
- Recommend and implement efficient financial systems to streamline processes.
- Streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes to enhance productivity.
