Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Management Specialist to join our team. This role requires an expert in Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules with 8-10 years of functional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Module Management: Manage Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience.
  • Agreement Expertise: Possess expertise in service and supplier contract agreements, including configurable service packages and entitlement processing.
  • Design and Configuration: Design and configure Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules for end-to-end implementations.
  • Implementation: Implement Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules with hands-on experience.
  • Integration Support: Support PaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations with knowledge and experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks.
  • Support and Development: Provide weekend on-call support and work in rotational shifts, developing excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills for effective stakeholder liaison.
