Head of Contract Management

The Chief Manager-Legal position involves overseeing the creation, review, and verification of various contracts, including supply and service agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, tender and bidding documents, HR and admin-related service contracts, transmission and utility contracts, international contracts, NDAs, MOUs, standard T&Cs, and financing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards;
- Vetting contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement contract strategies;
- Maintaining accurate records of contract terms and conditions;
- Providing guidance on contract interpretation and dispute resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
