Job Description

The role of Business Continuity Manager is a critical component of our organization's resilience strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of our business operations in the event of disruptions or crises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) that align with corporate requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor global workforce concentration and identify potential risks.
  • Support the Enterprise Business Resilience Program by providing data governance and generating reports as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing Business Continuity Planning or Program Management Office or internal reporting teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent facilitation, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure and aggressive time constraints.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Riskonnect, and Everbridge is advantageous but not required.
